We are based in the A Wing of the building on Walji Ladha Road in Marol. Our units are 402 and 403. It’s a typical office setup for cargo work, nothing too fancy. There are always piles of shipping documents and manifests sitting on the desks. We spend a lot of our time on the phone talking to drivers and people at the warehouse. Marol is a very central spot for logistics in this city, so it makes sense for us to be here. The elevator in the building is sometimes slow or broken, so we end up taking the stairs quite a bit. We handle the stuff people want to move from one place to another. It sounds simple enough, but the paperwork and the customs stuff can be a real headache. We don't try to look like a big fancy firm with glass walls. We are just a group of people making sure shipments don't get lost or stuck. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment is delayed at the port. We eat our lunch at our desks most days because it's too busy to leave. The walls are pretty plain, maybe just a map or an old calendar hanging up. We know the roads and the shortcuts around here well. It’s a lot of coordinating and checking lists twice before anything leaves. We’ve been at this address for a good while now. People know us for just getting the job done. It’s just how we work.
