Our unit is located in the Prabhat Industrial Estate, specifically in the Sagar Building at unit 3/5. Being right before the toll on the Western Express Highway means there is never a quiet moment with all the trucks and cars zooming past our windows. We spend our days working on elevator controls. It is a lot of meticulous work because you cannot afford to have a lift acting up when people are inside it. Our team is small and we have known each other for years. The office is usually a mess of cables, testing rigs, and half-empty tea cups. We don't really bother with making the place look fancy for visitors because we are usually too busy testing boards or answering technical questions over the phone. Finding our unit can be a bit of a puzzle for delivery drivers because the building layout is a bit strange, but they usually get the hang of it after a few visits. We aren't interested in being a huge company with hundreds of employees. We just like doing our technical work and making sure the products we send out are reliable. The heat in the summer can be tough in this industrial block, but we keep the fans running and stay focused on the tasks at hand. It is just honest, local work that keeps the buildings around here moving up and down without any trouble. That is enough for us.
