You can find us over at D- 102 Dheeraj Heritage Residency -ii. It’s in Shastri Nagar, not too far from Daulat Nagar in Santacruz West. Control And Solution (i ) Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this building for a good while now. It feels a bit more like a home than a stiff office, which we actually prefer. We have our desks set up and there’s always a pot of coffee or tea going somewhere. The neighborhood is a mix of people living their lives and small businesses like ours tucked into the corners. Sometimes it’s a bit of a hunt to find the right entrance, but once you’re in, it’s just us doing our thing. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through technical problems for the systems we handle. It isn't a place for people who like shiny glass buildings and quiet lobbies. It’s a working office. We’ve got files stacked up and parts on the shelves. Santacruz can be a bit chaotic with the traffic, but inside the residency, it stays relatively calm. We just get through the daily list of tasks and try to stay ahead of the deadlines. It’s a simple life, focusing on the technical side of things without any extra fluff or corporate nonsense. We usually end the day by making sure everything is shut down properly and the keys are in the right spot for tomorrow. It keeps us grounded.
