If you find yourself on Fire Brigade Road in Marol, you’ll see us right across from the station. Being near the fire brigade means we hear sirens pretty often, but you get used to it after a week or two. We are up on the 5th floor of Twin Complex-I. It’s a busy building with a lot of different offices. We work on analytical automation, which basically means we help labs and factories measure things more accurately. It’s very precise work, but our office feels more like a workshop than a laboratory. There are always boxes arriving or being sent out. We don't have much of a view, mostly just the roofs of other buildings and the traffic below. The lift in the building is sometimes a bit slow, so we end up waiting around a lot. We’ve been in Marol for several years and know the best places to grab a snack when we’re working late. It’s a good spot because it’s easy for people to find us once they see the fire station. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or glossy photos. We just put our effort into making sure the systems we set up actually work when the client turns them on. It's a lot of testing and re-testing. Some days are long, but that’s just how it is in this line of work.
