Delta Control

Delta Control is based out of No. 2048 in the Bhandup Industrial Estate. We’re located inside the Pnnalal Compound on Lbs Marg. If you know Bhandup, you know Lbs Marg is always packed with trucks and cars. Our spot is right in the middle of all that industrial activity. It’s a noisy place with a lot of heavy work going on around us. We’ve been in this unit for quite some time now. The compound is big, so you have to look for our number to find us. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls. It’s a working industrial unit with concrete floors and high ceilings. We keep a lot of our supplies stacked along the walls. It can get pretty hot in the summer, but we have some old fans that do the trick. We’re just a group of people who enjoy working with our hands. We don’t use big words or have long meetings. Usually, we just talk over coffee about what needs fixing or building next. Being in the Bhandup Industrial Estate means we’re surrounded by other people doing the same kind of hard work. It feels right to be here. Lbs Marg is a lifeline for businesses in this part of the city. We don't have any flashy brochures or anything like that. We just focus on the jobs we have. That's how we've always done it at Delta Control. It is a gritty place, but we like it.
