Being based in Mumbai means things are always moving fast for us at Hfc Executive Search. We don’t really have a big fancy storefront to show off because most of our work happens on the phone or over the internet. This city is huge and loud, and our day-to-day reflects that energy quite a bit. We spend a lot of our time searching for people to fill specific roles, which basically means a lot of list-making and calling. It is a bit of a grind sometimes, sitting in the office while the Mumbai traffic hums outside the window. We are just a small team trying to stay on top of all the requests that come in. Lunch is usually something quick from a nearby stall or brought from home in a tiffin box. The humidity can be a real pain during the summer months, but the office stays cool enough. We do not go for the polished, corporate look you see in the movies. It is more about desks piled with notes and the sound of keyboards clicking all day long. Finding the right person for a job takes a lot of patience and many cups of chai. We have been in Mumbai for a long time and we know how the local market works. It is just a regular office life in a very busy city. We keep it simple and honest here.
