You can find us at 98 Mandvi, inside Mahindra Park on L B S Marg. We are up on the second floor, which can be a bit of a climb when you’re carrying heavy tools, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. The stairs are narrow, and we always have to watch our step. Up here, it’s a bit quieter than the street level, though you can still hear the constant honking from the traffic on LBS Marg below. We deal with machine tools every day. The room is filled with shelves that go all the way to the ceiling, all of them loaded with different bits and pieces. We don't have a big showroom or bright lights. It's just a functional space where we keep our inventory and do our paperwork. Sometimes it gets a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. People call us up or stop by to see if we have a specific tool they need for their factory or shop. We just check the stacks and give them an answer. It’s a straightforward business. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because it doesn't help us do our job any better. We’ve been at Hetal Machine Tools for a good while, and we just focus on keeping the shelves stocked. It’s a lot of manual counting and organizing, but that is just how we run things here in the office.
