We have been running things from Nand Ashish for quite a while now. The office is located in plot 177/179 on R. B. Mehta Road in Ghatkopar East. It is a busy part of Mumbai, and you can usually hear the traffic outside our windows all day long. Being on the second floor helps a little with the noise, but not much. Most of the time, it is just us sitting around the desks handling a lot of paperwork and talking to people on the phone. Hersh Overseas Pvt. Ltd. isn't a massive corporation with hundreds of people. We are just a small group trying to keep up with the daily shipments and making sure the documents are in order. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs more than we would like. The desks are often covered in files and tea cups. We get our lunch from the small shops nearby and usually eat while we work. It is not a very fancy setup, but it gets the job done for us. We spend a lot of time double-checking schedules because things change so fast in this business. Mumbai is a tough place to get things moving sometimes, but we have figured out how to deal with the local transport and the delays. We just come in every morning, do our bit, and try to make sure everything goes where it is supposed to go.
