Hemsheel Metal Mart

Our shop is located at number 15 on Panjrapole Road, right near the Bada Mandir and the Gaushala. If you’ve ever walked around this part of the city, you know how much is always going on. Hemsheel Metal Mart has been here through a lot of changes in the neighborhood. We mostly deal with different types of metal, and the place is usually full of pipes, sheets, and rods. It gets pretty loud and dusty, especially when we are moving things around to get to a specific order. The bells from the temple nearby are a constant sound in the background while we work. We don't have a polished office or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we store our inventory and meet with customers. Dealing with metal is heavy, hard work, and our clothes usually show it by the end of the day. We don’t have a mission statement or a fancy philosophy. We just sell metal to people who need it for their construction or repairs. Sometimes the narrow road makes it hard for the delivery trucks to get in, so we spend a lot of time coordinating that. It is a local business and we know most of the other shopkeepers around here. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure we have what people are looking for in stock. It is a noisy, busy, and honest way to make a living.
