You’ll find Hemanshu J Kamdar Associates over in Malad West. We are tucked away in the Bhawani Shopping Centre, specifically at unit 108. Being in a shopping center means there’s always something going on downstairs. You hear the sounds of shoppers and other businesses all day long, which I actually quite like. It keeps things from being too quiet. The office itself is pretty functional. We don't have big leather sofas or a coffee machine that does everything. We just have what we need to get the paperwork done. Malad is a busy part of the suburbs, and this location makes it easy for people to find us while they’re out doing their own thing. I’ve been working from this spot for a long time. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, and the desk has a few scratches from years of use, but it works for me. We don't try to be something we’re not. There are no marketing teams here or people trying to sell you something you don't need. It’s just an associate's office where we handle the daily grind. 108 in Bhawani isn't the biggest office in the world, but it’s our space. We open the shutters in the morning, do the work, and close up at night. It’s a straightforward way to live and work in Malad.
