Heeragold Exports & Imports

Heeragold Exports & Imports is located inside City Central Mall. We have Shop No. 2, right there in the Mumbai Central area. It's a bit of a strange place for an export-import office since it's a mall, but it works for us. The station is very close, so there’s always a huge rush of people outside. Inside the mall, it’s a bit calmer, though you still hear the hum of the air conditioning and the security guards talking. Our shop is small and packed with files and some samples of what we trade. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us working on computers and taking calls all day. Being in a mall means we don't have to worry about the rain as much, but the space is tight. We often have to go out to meet people or check on goods elsewhere. It’s a practical spot for getting things done. We started here because the location was convenient for everyone to reach. There isn't much to see in the office itself, just a lot of work getting finished. We keep the door open usually so it doesn't feel too cramped. Every day is about the same—checking orders, writing emails, and dealing with the logistics of moving goods in and out. It’s just a regular small business making its way in a busy part of town.
