Heenama Impex

Heenama Impex is located on T. J. Road in the Seweri West area. It’s a bit of an industrial part of the city, so you see a lot of trucks and heavy vehicles moving around all day long. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular door on a busy street. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. We deal with impex stuff, so there’s always a lot of paperwork regarding customs and shipping routes. The air in Seweri can be a bit salty because we’re not too far from the water, and you can definitely feel that in the air during the monsoon season. We started Heenama Impex because we knew this area well and it made sense for the kind of moving and shaking we do with goods. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We’re a small crew that knows each other’s names and how we all like our tea. Most of our day is spent tracking shipments or arguing with suppliers over the phone. It’s not the kind of job you see in movies, but it keeps us busy and the lights on. We try to leave on time, but sometimes a late shipment means we’re here until the sun goes down. It’s honest work and we like being in this part of town. The commute can be rough, but we have made this place our second home over the years.
