Heena Travels

We are located at 20 Kurla West, right across the street from Bhabna Hospital. It is a very busy spot because of the hospital, so there are always people walking around and plenty of taxis and rickshaws zipping by. Our office is a simple one where we handle travel arrangements for people in the neighborhood. We have got our chairs and a desk where we spend most of the day talking to customers or looking up routes. Being in Kurla West means we are in the heart of a lot of activity, and it rarely gets quiet until very late at night. We don't have a flashy storefront with neon lights; it is just a place where you can come in and talk about where you need to go. We keep a lot of physical logs and some computer records to make sure everything is on track. Sometimes the hospital visitors stop in to ask for directions or to book a quick trip home, so we see all kinds of people throughout the day. It’s a lot of repetitive work, checking dates and confirming times, but we are used to it by now. The fan in the office hums all day, and we usually have a glass of tea nearby to keep us going. We don't try to be anything we're not. We are just a local travel spot helping people get from one place to another. It is a basic setup, but it works for us.
