Walking down 6th Cross on New Central Jail Road can be a bit of a trek if you aren't used to Channakeshava Nagar 2. We’ve been set up here at Hasmat & Co for a good while now. Borivali West is a big area, and this pocket is where we spend all our time. The neighbors know us by now. We usually have the doors open unless the dust from the road gets too much. Inside, it’s mostly just us trying to stay organized. There's always a list of things to do that never seems to get shorter. We don’t have a big team or fancy desks. It’s just a practical space where we can sit down and focus. Some days are quieter than others, which is nice because it lets us catch up on the paperwork. Other days, it’s a total mess of people coming and going. We don’t really do the whole corporate meeting thing. If something needs to be said, we just say it across the room. It’s more honest that way. Living and working around Borivali West means you get used to the pace. We like being part of the local scene here in Channakeshava Nagar 2. It’s not always easy, and the traffic on New Central Jail Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, but it’s home for the business. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way.
