Hardev Travels

We are at Charanjeet Nivas in Bhandup West. LBS Marg is always busy. People come in to ask about trains or buses. We sit here most of the day. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait. My brother and I started this. It's just a small office. We have some old maps on the wall. Customers bring us tea from the stall nearby. We try to help everyone who walks in through the door. Usually, it's about going back to the village or maybe a trip to Goa. We don't have a big fancy sign, just the name Hardev Travels. It's enough for people to find us. Life in Bhandup is like that, always moving. We've seen the road change over the years. Buildings come up, shops go away. But we are still here at number 14. Sometimes it gets loud with the traffic outside. You get used to the horns and the dust after a while. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking prices. It’s not an easy job but it keeps us busy. We don’t have any big promises to make. We just do the work. If someone needs a ticket, we look for it. If there’s a delay, we tell them. It is what it is. We hope to stay here for many more years because this is where we know everyone and they know us.
