Hallmark Services (India)

Hallmark Services is tucked away in Malad, over in the Chedda Complex. We’re in B43 of the Madhav Apartment building, right in the Malwani Colony area. If you know Mumbai, you know Malad is always moving. Our office isn’t huge, but it’s enough for what we do. We’ve been in this apartment complex for a good while. It’s a mix of people living here and a few small businesses like ours. It can get pretty noisy with the kids playing outside and the traffic on the main road, but we don’t mind it much. It feels like being part of the neighborhood. We mostly handle service requests and paperwork from our desks here. There’s no big sign on the door, just the room number. We try to keep things simple. We don't use a lot of fancy software or have a bunch of meetings; we just talk to each other across the room. Sometimes we go down to the local market in the evening after we wrap up for the day. It’s a convenient spot because everything we need is right there in the complex or just a short walk away. We’ve got a routine down now, and it works for us. We aren't trying to grow into some giant corporation; we just want to do a good job and keep our regular clients happy without any extra stress or making things complicated for ourselves.
