You can find us over in Malad East at the Sati Shmriti building on Rani Sati Road. We are in room 204. It’s one of those buildings that has a lot of character, mostly because it’s been around for quite some time. The walk up to the second floor is a bit of a workout if you’re carrying anything heavy. Rani Sati Road is usually packed with rickshaws and people rushing to the station, so there is always plenty to see out the window. Inside, the office is just a regular room with some desks pushed against the walls. We have a small window that lets in some light, but it’s mostly just us under the tube lights. It’s not the quietest place because of the traffic downstairs, but we don't mind it much. We usually have the radio playing low in the background to drown out the honking. We aren't big on decorations, so the walls are mostly bare except for a calendar that’s usually a month behind. It’s a straightforward place to work. Most of our day is spent at the computers or talking on the phone. We know the security guard at the gate pretty well, and he keeps an eye on things for us. It’s a very local feel here. We’ve got everything we need within walking distance, which is the best part about being in Malad. We usually finish up around six and join the crowd heading to the station.
