You can find us over at BMC 3 on P. D. Mello Road. We are right opposite Ghadiyal Godi, so we see all the activity from the port area. The road is always packed with heavy trucks and the air usually smells a bit like salt and diesel. It is a busy part of town to work in. Our office is not anything special to look at. We have some sturdy furniture and a lot of paper everywhere. Working so close to the docks means there is always something moving. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking out the window at the traffic. The building is older, and the stairs are a bit steep, but it has character. We do not go in for fancy decorations or anything like that. We just focus on the work we have to do. The midday sun hits the front of the building pretty hard, so we keep the blinds down most of the time. It is a noisy place with the horns honking and the cranes moving in the distance, but it is the heart of the shipping area. We have been here for a long time and know the shortcuts through the side streets when the main road gets blocked. It is a practical location for what we do. We usually have a lunch box from home and eat together at the big table in the back. It is just how we operate.
