Our office for Guardian Steels Pvt. Ltd. is located in Mahinder Chambers, which is right on W.T. Patil Marg. Most people know the spot because we are directly opposite the old Dukes factory in Chembur. That landmark makes it easy for people to find us, even if they aren't from around here. We are in room 109 on the first floor. It is a practical space, mostly filled with desks, samples, and stacks of documents. Chembur can get quite hot and dusty with all the traffic on the main road, but we have our setup here and it works for us. We handle a lot of the logistical side of steel from this office. It is not a fancy place with glass walls; it is a working office where people are actually doing things. You will usually find someone drinking tea and arguing over a delivery schedule or checking the weight of a shipment. We have been here for a good amount of time, and the building has that lived-in feel that comes with years of business. The noise of the traffic on W.T. Patil Marg is like background music to us now. We just get on with our tasks, making sure the steel goes where it needs to go. It is a straightforward way to earn a living, and we don't feel the need to make it sound like more than it is.
