You can find us at 1/C in Vile Parle West. We’re right in the German Silver Market area, specifically on the ground floor of the Ratan Pole building. It’s part of the New Tulsi Villa complex, tucked away behind Parle Hospital. Our shop is full of metal items and different kinds of hardware. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze with all the inventory we keep on the shelves. We’ve been here in the market for a long time. It’s a busy place with a lot of shops selling similar things, so we know everyone around here. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything. It's just a few of us making sure the orders are filled and the customers find what they need. The floor is usually a bit messy with packing materials and metal pieces. We don’t really bother with fancy lighting or displays. We just put the stuff out so people can see it. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, but we have a small fan that helps. Most of our day is spent talking to people who come in looking for specific metal parts. We don't do much online or with ads. We just open up the shutters every morning and get to work. It's a simple business and we like it that way. Being near the hospital means there’s always people walking around and some of them stop by just to look at the different metal pieces we have in stock.
