Gripwell International

Gripwell International is based at Plot Number 146-Bcd in the Government Industrial Estate. This is out in Charkop, Kandivali West, right near Capsule Associates. The industrial estate is a huge place with lots of different companies making all sorts of things. We have a decent-sized plot here where we handle our business. Most mornings start with the sound of the gate opening and the workers arriving for their shifts. It’s an industrial vibe, so there are always trucks coming through the estate lanes and the sound of forklifts nearby. Our building is practical and built for work, not for looking pretty. We have various sections for our products and an office area that is usually a bit messy with blueprints or shipping manifests. Being in Charkop means we are part of a big network of factories and workshops. Some days are just about catching up on the backlog of stuff to be moved out. We eat our lunch in the small break area and then get right back to the floor. It’s a busy life in Kandivali, and there is always something that needs fixing or a shipment that needs to be tracked down. We just keep the wheels turning here without any extra fluff. It is noisy and sometimes dusty, but it is where the real work happens every single day.
