Green World Technology

You can find us over at Lamington Road, which everyone knows is the place to go for anything electronic or technical in Mumbai. Specifically, we are at Shop No. 10 on the first floor of Saraswati Bhavan. The street outside is always a sea of people and carts, so it’s quite a relief to step inside and head up to our floor. Green World Technology is the name on our door. We focus on various tech items that fall under the green category. Being on Shamrao Vitthal Marg means we are right in the heart of the Grant Road East area. Our shop is small and packed with all sorts of gadgets and components. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we get a large shipment in, but we make it work. We don't have a team of salesmen. It's usually just one or two of us behind the counter or at the desks. We spend a lot of time explaining how the different bits of tech work to people who walk in off the street. Lamington Road has a very specific energy, and we’ve been part of it for a long time. We don’t spend money on big advertisements. People usually find us because they were already in the area looking for parts. We just try to keep the shelves stocked and the prices fair. It’s a busy life, but we wouldn’t have it any other way in this neighborhood. We just keep doing our thing.
