We operate out of our office here in Worli. If you know the area, we're on the first floor of Aurus Chambers, room A-101. It’s right on S.S. Amrutwar Marg. We’ve been at this location for a good bit of time now. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. This isn’t a restaurant or a shop where you walk in to buy a snack, it’s more where the planning and the paperwork happens for the food side of things. Graviss Foods has a lot of moving parts. We spend most of our day on the phone or at our desks trying to get things organized. The office is pretty standard, lots of files and computers. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. Being in Worli is handy because it’s central for most of the team. We deal with a lot of different suppliers and distributors from this spot. It’s not a flashy place, just a workspace where we get the job done. You might see the sign for Aurus Chambers from the road. We usually start pretty early in the morning. There's a lot of tea drinking while we go through the daily lists. It’s just a group of us working hard to keep the food business running smoothly.
