Our office for Gpt Steel Industries Ltd is in the Taruvel Chsl building, which is on Tarun Bharat Road in Chakala, Andheri East. We are up on the 3rd Floor in unit B-16. Mumbai is always a rush and Andheri is one of the busiest spots you can find. The office is usually humming with the sound of the phone ringing or people discussing the next shipment of steel. Working in steel means a lot of coordination between the suppliers and the folks doing the actual building. We act as the middle point for a lot of that. The building itself is older and has that typical Mumbai character. We don't have fancy carpets or modern glass walls. It’s a working office where things actually get done. Sometimes the elevators are a bit slow so we end up taking the stairs. It’s just part of the daily routine. We know the streets around Chakala really well by now. Most of our day is spent making sure the logistics for the steel products are on track. It’s a lot of hard work but we are used to the pace. We just want to get the job done without any fuss or extra drama.
