R. A. R. Systems

R. A. R. Systems is located inside the Citi Center Mall on S. V. Road in Goregaon West. We’re at Shop No. 235. Being in a mall is a bit different from being in an office building because we get a lot of people just walking by and peeking in. Our shop is mostly filled with computer systems, parts, and tools for fixing things. It’s a small space, so we have to be careful about where we put everything or we’d run out of room to stand. S. V. Road is always loud and busy, but inside the mall, it’s a bit more contained. We spend our time either putting together new systems or trying to figure out why an old one isn't working anymore. It’s a lot of hands-on work. We don't have a fancy reception area; you just walk right into the middle of whatever we’re working on. Sometimes we’re knee-deep in cables and motherboards. We’ve got a small crew here, and we’ve been in Goregaon for quite some years. We’re not a big corporate chain, just a local shop where we know our customers by name. People stop by for advice or just to see what’s new. We keep it simple and honest. If we can fix it, we will. If not, we’ll tell you straight. It’s a busy life in the mall, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
