Goldstar Impex Corporation

Goldstar Impex Corporation is located in Himalaya House, which is right on Palton Road. If you know the area, you know it gets pretty crowded around here with all the shops and people moving about. We’re on the fifth floor, in room 512. Most days are spent looking out the window at the traffic while we wait for calls to come through. Our main focus is just handling the import and export side of things for the people we work with. It involves a lot of waiting on customs and making sure the documentation matches what’s in the boxes. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. The office has been here for a good bit, and we’ve seen plenty of businesses come and go on Palton Road. We have our routine down pretty solid now. We get in, brew some tea, and start going through the manifest lists. Sometimes we have to head out to meet people or check on things at the docks, but mostly we are right here at our desks. There’s always something that needs fixing or a person who needs a status update on their goods. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to act like we’re more than we are. We’re just a local business trying to keep things moving smoothly for our clients without making a big fuss about it.
