Gokul Refreshments

We’ve been running Gokul Refreshments at our spot in Santacruz West Kadadra Dehgam Gandhinagar for some time now. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but we are right there where people need us. The shop is a basic setup with some coolers and a few shelves for snacks. We don’t really have a big team, just a couple of us who take turns behind the counter. The days are long, starting early to get everything ready before the first customers show up. Most of the people who come in are regulars who live nearby or work in the area. They don't want anything fancy, just a cold drink or a quick snack while they’re on the go. We spend a lot of time just keeping the place tidy, as things can get a bit messy when we’re busy. The fridge sometimes acts up, so we’re always keeping an eye on the thermometer. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s honest work. We don't have any big advertisements or flashy signs. People usually find us just by walking past. We try to keep the most popular items in stock, though sometimes we run out when the delivery truck is late. It’s just how it goes with a small business. We stay open until the street gets quiet at night, then we lock up and do it all again the next day. It’s a simple routine that works for us. Nothing fancy, just keeping things moving along here.
