Kirti Steels

Kirti Steels is right at the corner of Sindhi Galli and Pathe Bapurao Marg in Girgaum. It’s a very old part of town, so the streets are narrow and always crowded with handcarts and people moving goods. Our address is No. 456, and you can’t really miss it if you’re looking for the steel shops. The area is famous for this kind of work. Our space is mostly taken up by stacks of metal and various items we keep in stock. There’s a small desk in the corner where the ledger stays and where we take our phone calls. It’s often dusty because of the constant traffic outside and the nature of what we handle. We don’t have any fancy air conditioning, just a big ceiling fan that hums all day long. The walls are a bit stained from years of work, and the floor is concrete and scarred from moving heavy loads. We’ve been at this corner for years, and we know the other shop owners on Pathe Bapurao Marg well. It’s a busy life here. There is always a truck being loaded or someone asking for a specific size of steel. We don’t have a website or any marketing stuff; people just know we are here at the corner. We open early and stay until the work is done. It’s just how things are in Girgaum.
