Riya Steel

We operate out of Plot No. 54/62, specifically Office No. 14. This is in the Old Tambaku Building. It’s an old place on Khadilkar Road, right near Cp Tank Road. If you know Mumbai, you know how crowded it gets around here. Riya Steel has been in this building for a good while. The stairs are a bit narrow and there’s always someone moving boxes in the hallway. Our office isn't very large. It’s mostly filled with files, samples of steel, and the sound of the traffic outside. It gets quite loud with all the horns honking on Cp Tank Road. We deal with a lot of phone calls and paperwork. It’s an old-school way of doing things, but it works for us. We don't have a modern glass office. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy for that right now. Khadilkar Road is always packed with people and vendors. It’s a lively spot to spend the day. We’ve gotten to know the other people in the building pretty well. Everyone just does their own thing. When customers come by, they usually comment on how busy the street is. We just tell them that’s life in this part of town. We keep things simple here. No big speeches, just steel and sales. It can be a bit cramped when we have a lot of samples arriving, but we make it work. The old building has some character, even if the elevator is sometimes a bit moody in the mornings.
