Ginger Marie Cafe

Our little cafe is at A/7 on the New Link Road in Andheri West. It's a small spot where people come to grab a coffee or a quick snack. The New Link Road is always noisy with cars and the metro, but inside it's a bit quieter. We have a few tables where people sit with their laptops or just chat. It’s not a huge place, so it feels a bit cramped when it's full. We don't have a massive menu, just some basic things that we can make well in our small kitchen. The staff is just a couple of us who do everything from taking orders to cleaning the floors. We started this in Andheri because we liked the area. It’s got a lot of energy. Sometimes we run out of certain items because we don't have a lot of storage space. We just tell people what's available and go from there. It's an honest way to run a business. We don't use any fancy advertising. Most of our customers are people who work in the offices nearby or live in the apartments down the street. We’ve had some leaky pipes and some long days, but that’s just part of owning a small cafe. We’re just here on the Link Road, trying to provide a decent place for a break. It's a simple life and a simple shop. We keep the music low and the coffee brewing all day.
