Our office is over in the Vidhyavihar West area, right in the industrial suburb. It's actually quite close to the station, which makes it easier for people to drop off their paperwork. We’ve been here at 209 for a good bit now. Mostly, we spend our time looking at spreadsheets and helping people sort out their taxes or their business books. It’s a lot of paper and computer work, as you can imagine. The office gets pretty crowded with files around March, but we try to keep some kind of system going. Sometimes the noise from the station drifts in, but you get used to it. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just the standard accounting work that needs doing. Usually, one of us is on the phone or buried in some forms. It’s quiet work for the most part, except for when deadlines are coming up and then it gets a bit frantic. We like being in this part of town because it’s practical. There’s always somewhere nearby to grab a quick tea while we work through a pile of receipts. It’s just a small team of us here. We don't have any big corporate reception or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will help you with whatever records you brought. It stays pretty busy, but we manage to stay on top of the numbers and keep everything filed away properly in our cabinets for when they are needed later.
