G.Gheewala Hr Consultants operates from Swapnakiran Apartments on Pimpripada Road in Malad, Mumbai. We are on the first floor in unit 107 of the A/2 wing. Our office is basically an apartment that we’ve converted into a workspace. This is pretty common in Mumbai, and it gives the place a bit of a homey feel, even when things are hectic. We have our files in the old cupboards and desks set up in the main rooms. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but it’s a lively neighborhood with plenty of shops and people moving around. We spend our days dealing with HR paperwork and talking to people about jobs. There is no corporate polish here. If you come by, you might see some lunch boxes on the table or a stack of newspapers from last week. We are just a group of people working together to get things sorted for our clients. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the chairs might squeak a little, but they work fine for us. We don’t use big slogans or try to sound like we are the biggest firm in the world. We are just a local Malad business that has been around for a bit. We know our way around the city’s HR scene and we just keep at it every day, one file at a time.
