Geolife Group

Geolife Group is located on the third floor of the Marathon Max building, which is right on LBS Marg in Mulund West. It’s a pretty well-known spot in this part of Mumbai. We spend our time here dealing with things related to farming and plant health. The office is usually filled with samples and files about different crops. Being on LBS Marg means the traffic is always there, but we are high enough up that it’s not too loud. We have a decent-sized team, though it still feels like a small group because we’ve worked together for so long. The elevators in the building can be slow in the mornings, so we usually get in a bit early to beat the rush. It’s a professional enough space, but we keep it pretty relaxed inside. There are desks piled with research papers and maps of different regions. We aren't really into big corporate speeches. We just look at the data and talk to the people out in the fields to see what’s actually happening with the soil. Sometimes we stay late when the season is changing and everyone needs supplies at once. It’s a lot of coordination between the office and the warehouses. We’ve been at this Mulund address for a good while, and it’s a central point for us to manage everything. We aren't trying to be flashy, just trying to provide what farmers need to get a good harvest. It is a lot of work but it feels worth it.
