Galfu Global Nig Ltd is based in the Dadar Paschim Apartments on K D Marg in Prabhadevi, Mumbai. We are at A 73. Prabhadevi is a very active part of Mumbai, near the sea, and the streets are always full of people and cars. Our office is inside an apartment building, which gives it a more personal feel than a cold office block. We work in global trade and shipping. This means we spend a lot of time on the computer or the phone, tracking where things are in the world. It is quite interesting because one minute we are talking to someone in Nigeria and the next we are dealing with a local transporter. The office is usually filled with the sound of several people talking at once. We have a small balcony where we can see the street below, which is nice when you need a five-minute break from the screen. We are just a small team trying to keep up with the fast pace of international business. We don't have a big HR department or fancy slogans. We just know how to move goods from point A to point B. Sometimes the paperwork for customs is a real pain, and we spend all day chasing signatures. We try to keep things simple and honest. We have been in this apartment for a while, and it feels like a second home to us.
