Galaxy Packers & Movers

Our office is tucked away at 1 Miragaon Jagatmata Society, which is right near the Maha Vishnu Mandir. If you know the area, you probably know the temple because it’s a big landmark for everyone around here. Galaxy Packers & Movers has been operating out of this spot for a good bit of time. Most mornings start early with the crew getting the tape and boxes ready for whatever job is scheduled. We have trucks coming and going, and sometimes it gets a bit tight with the parking near the society entrance. It is a local operation through and through. You can hear the bells from the mandir sometimes when it’s quiet enough. We don’t have a big corporate headquarters, just this practical space where we keep our packing supplies and the logs for the moves. There’s usually someone around to answer the door if you’ve got questions about moving your stuff. Moving is messy work, and our desks usually show it with lists and pens scattered everywhere. We try to keep things organized but when things get busy, it’s all hands on deck. It’s a neighborhood business and most of the people who live in Jagatmata Society know who we are by now. We just handle the heavy lifting and the driving. It’s simple work but it takes a lot of energy every single day to get it right. We keep a stash of extra cardboard in the back room just in case.
