Gadhia Solar Energy Systems Pvt Ltd is over at 35 Tardeo, in the Tingre Nagar area. It’s a location that has changed quite a bit since we first moved in. There used to be more open space, but now it’s pretty crowded with new buildings and shops. Our office is a practical one. We don’t have expensive rugs or modern art on the walls. Instead, we have shelves full of technical manuals and boxes of components waiting to be used. It’s a working environment through and through. The people who work here are mostly locals who have a good understanding of how things work in this part of town. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations or trying to impress people with big numbers. We’d rather just show them what we’re working on in the back. The traffic in Tingre Nagar can be a bit of a headache in the evenings, but we’ve learned the shortcuts by now. We usually start our day pretty early to get a jump on the heat. There’s a small tea shop just down the road where we often meet to talk about the day’s tasks. It’s a very grounded way of doing things. We don't have a big corporate structure or a lot of rules. We just work together to get things finished. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we always know where we stand and what needs to be done next to keep the business moving.
