Our office is in Mulund West, right in Vardhaman Nagar. You can find G7 Securitas Pvt Ltd at M-103. Kartik Balasubramaniam is the main person here and he keeps things moving. The area is 400080 for the mail. It is a regular office inside a residential-style building, so it feels quite local and not at all like those glass buildings in the city center. We spend a lot of time on the phones making sure the security staff are where they need to be. Security is one of those jobs that never really stops, so there is always someone around or a phone ringing. We have been in this part of Mumbai for quite some time now. The office is a bit small but we make it work with the desks we have. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and duty rosters. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when there are many things happening at once. We usually just grab tea from the local shop when we need a break. People in the building know us. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We don’t go for anything flashy. We just try to make sure the schedules are right and that everyone is doing what they are supposed to do. It’s a lot of coordination and everyday effort from all of us in the room. The building entry is easy to find once you are in Vardhaman Nagar.
