G N Shanbhag Chittal

G N Shanbhag Chittal is based out of the Shanti Bhavan Building, which is number 42 on Juhu Lusker Hosur Road. We are quite close to the Hare Rama Hare Krishna Temple, so we often see people heading there for prayers or just to visit the grounds. It’s a nice landmark to be near when giving people directions to the office. Our space in the building is pretty straightforward and a bit old-fashioned. We don’t have much in the way of decorations or modern art on the walls. It’s mostly just us working through our daily tasks and keeping track of things. Hosur Road can get quite congested during the peak hours, but being inside Shanti Bhavan feels a bit more tucked away from the main rush and noise. We’ve been operating here for a good amount of time now. People sometimes struggle to find the exact building because the signs are small, but once they see the temple, they know they’re close. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just talking to whoever drops in for a chat. It’s a local operation, nothing corporate about it at all. We have our own way of doing things at G N Shanbhag Chittal. Some days are slow and we just drink coffee and watch the street from the window, and other days we are running around trying to catch up with everything. It’s a comfortable enough place to work. We appreciate the mix of the busy road and the calmer feeling you get being near the temple.
