Our place is in the Aman Ekta CHS, which is part of the MMRDA Colony. We are in Flat 305 of Building Number 6. It is right near the J V Link Road in Powai, so we hear the traffic from the road all day. It’s a residential building, so it feels a bit more relaxed than a glass office tower. We spend our time looking through resumes and talking to people about jobs. It is mostly just us at our computers or on the phone. The office is basically just a few rooms where we have set up our desks and some filing cabinets. It’s quite cozy in here. Since we are in Mumbai 400072, it is easy for people to find us, though the traffic on JVLR can be a headache sometimes. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. If someone comes by, they just knock and we let them in. We make our own tea and usually eat lunch together at one of the tables. It’s a simple way to work. We have been here for a while and the neighbors are used to us by now. There is always a lot of coming and going with people looking for work. We just try to help out and keep our records straight. It's a busy little spot in a busy part of town. We just keep it moving one day at a time.
