Futurz Hr Solutions is based in Bandra West, right on Chimbai Road. We are in the Coral Reef building, at number 3. Chimbai is a very interesting part of Mumbai because it still has that old village feel even though it’s right in the middle of Bandra. The road is quite narrow and can get really jammed up with cars and rickshaws. We are at 55 Chimbai Road, so we get to see all the daily chaos from our windows. The air smells like the sea sometimes, which is a nice change from the usual city fumes. Our office is a decent size, not too big and not too small. We have our desks set up in a way that makes sense for us. It’s not a polished corporate floor with glass walls everywhere. It’s more of a place where we feel comfortable sitting for eight hours a day. We deal with a lot of phone calls and emails, and there is always a bit of a buzz in the room. Bandra 400050 is a lively place to be. There are plenty of cafes around if we need to step out for a minute. We don't really talk about big goals or anything. We just handle the work as it comes in and try to stay organized. It’s a practical way to run things in a busy city like this. Nothing fancy, just us doing our jobs.
