We are located in the Basuwala Co-Op Society, which is over in Kokani Pada. If you’re familiar with Malad East, we’re right near Triveni Nagar at A-1/1. It’s a residential-style area, so it doesn't feel like a cold, corporate office building. We’re part of the neighborhood here. At Future Generali Insurance, we spend a lot of time talking to folks about their policies and trying to explain things in a way that actually makes sense. Insurance can be a headache with all the fine print, so we just try to be straight with people. Our office isn't very big, and it gets a bit crowded when a few people come in at the same time to drop off papers. We’ve got stacks of files and a few desks squeezed in. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside and it gets noisy, but we don't mind much. It’s better than being stuck in a silent skyscraper. We’ve been here in Malad for a while and we know the local shops and the best places to get a quick chai. We aren't here to give some high-pressure sales pitch. We just handle the paperwork and help people out when they have questions about their coverage. It’s honest work and it keeps us grounded in the community.
