Our place is over at D/409 in Milton Apartments, right on Juhu Azad Road. If you know the Juhu area in Mumbai, you know it’s always busy with people and cars. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time. Fr. Agnel Ashram isn’t some massive complex; it’s just our space here in the building. Living and working in Juhu has its own rhythm. You get used to the sea breeze and the constant noise of the city. We do our daily tasks and keep things running as best as we can. It’s a lot of routine work, honestly. Some of us have been here for years, so the halls of Milton Apts feel very familiar. We see the same neighbors every morning. It’s not a corporate setup at all. It feels more like a community spot where things happen slowly but surely. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, or the rain makes it hard to get around Juhu, but we manage. We aren't trying to be anything fancy or high-profile. We just take care of the responsibilities we have. People stop by when they need to, and we talk to them plainly. There’s no script or big marketing plan here. We just stay busy with whatever needs doing on that particular day. It's a simple life in a crowded part of Mumbai. We don't have much to show off, just this room and our work.
