Fortran Steel Pvt. Ltd. is located right in Ghatkopar East. We are in the Satyam building on M.G. Road, suite A-111. It’s a pretty busy area with lots of traffic and people moving around all the time. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our papers and talk to customers. We deal with steel, mostly. It’s heavy stuff and takes a lot of coordination to move it from one place to another. Most of our days are spent on the phone or checking lists of what’s coming in and what’s going out. Dealing with steel isn't always easy because prices go up and down and sometimes the trucks get delayed. But we’ve been doing this for a while now and we’ve gotten used to the pace. We aren't a huge corporation with thousands of employees. It's just a few of us here trying to keep things organized. Usually, there's a lot of tea drinking and arguing about the news while we wait for deliveries. If you come by the office, you’ll probably find a bit of a mess with blueprints and invoices scattered around. We know where everything is, even if it doesn't look like it. M.G. Road can be a nightmare for parking, so we usually just walk or take the train. It's a living, and Fortran Steel keeps us busy enough that we don't have much time for anything else.
