Our office is in the Manekji Wadia Building, which is right on MG Road in the Fort area. It’s number 127. If you know South Mumbai, you know how these old buildings are. They have those really high ceilings and heavy doors that have been there for decades. It’s a different vibe compared to the newer glass buildings in other parts of the city. We are right in the middle of all the heritage sites and the busy courts. The walk from the station is always interesting because of all the street vendors and the old architecture. Inside, it’s a bit of a mix of old and new. We have our modern computers and cables everywhere, but the walls and the windows are very much part of the old structure. It can get a bit dusty because of the construction that’s always happening somewhere nearby on MG Road. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anyone in a suit greeting you. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. It gets quite busy during the week with all the legal professionals and shoppers in the area. We usually grab lunch from one of the local sandwich guys or the small cafes tucked away in the lanes. It’s a solid place to be for our daily operations. We have been here for a long time and the walls have a lot of history.
