Swastick Disa Business Park is where we are based. We have units 11 and 12. It is tucked away behind Vadhani Estate on LBS Marg in Ghatkopar West. Finding the entrance can be a little tricky the first time because of the traffic on the main road. We are a professional services company, but we do not act like those big fancy firms. We just do the work that needs doing. The office is a bit crowded with papers and equipment, but we know where everything is. It is a busy environment. We started Fivetix because we wanted to have our own space to work. Most of us have lived in Mumbai all our lives, so we know the drill. We don't spend money on expensive furniture or art for the walls. We would rather just keep the business running smoothly. The air conditioning sometimes makes a bit of a rattling sound, but it keeps us cool. We talk to clients, fix problems, and keep track of the numbers. There is no secret formula or anything. We just put in the hours. The tea shop nearby is where we usually go when we need a break from the screens. It is a regular life for us here. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to do a good job for the people who hire us. It's a simple operation in a busy city.
