Filizz Export & Import

We are based in Byculla, specifically on the 3rd floor of Lobo Mansion on Clair Road. It’s an old building with a lot of character, and we’ve been here for a good bit of time. Filizz Export & Import is what we call our business. We deal with both importing and exporting, which keeps us pretty busy. The stairs up to the third floor can be a bit of a climb, but we don't mind it. Byculla is a busy part of the city, and being on Clair Road means there’s always noise from the street. We’ve got a small office where we handle all the documents and logistics. It’s not a big corporate space. We have old wooden desks and piles of files. We prefer this kind of atmosphere over a shiny new office. It feels more real to us. We work with various suppliers and try to get things moved as efficiently as we can. It’s a lot of back-and-forth emails and phone calls to make sure nothing gets stuck at the port. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job and make a living. It’s a small team, mostly family and close friends. We know our business well and we don’t feel the need to use big fancy words to describe it. It’s just honest work in a busy city. Most days we are just trying to keep up with the changing shipping rates and customs rules. It's a lot of work but we've been doing it for years now.
