Down in D-19 of the MIDC area in Ambad, that’s where you’ll find us. Ferrocoils is basically a workshop that’s grown over the years. It’s an industrial zone, so it’s all about trucks, metal, and heavy stuff moving around. Our shed is quite large because we need the space for the coils. It gets pretty hot under the metal roof when the sun is out, but we have some big fans that help a bit. There’s always a layer of fine dust on everything, which is just part of being in Ambad. We spend the day winding, cutting, and moving metal. It’s a loud environment with the sounds of machinery and the occasional shout from one end of the floor to the other. We don’t have a fancy office out front, just a small cabin with a desk where we keep the logs and the bills. The staff mostly lives nearby, so we start early in the morning before it gets too hot. There’s a tea stall just outside the gate where everyone gathers during the mid-morning break. It’s not a place for white shirts; you’re going to get some grease on you if you stay too long. We just focus on getting the coils right and making sure the trucks are loaded properly. It’s basic, hard work, but we’ve been doing it a long time now.
