Ferro Steels

You can find us at Ferro Steels over in Borivali West. We are located in the Dattani Trade Center, specifically Gala No-19. It’s right on Chandavarkar Road, and the Rajmahal Hotel is pretty much right next door, which makes it easy for people to find us if they get lost. It’s a busy trade center with lots of noise and people moving about at all hours. We’ve been in this gala for quite some time now. Dealing with steel is what we do every day. The space is a bit tight because of all the inventory we have to keep piled up, but we make it work. It gets dusty and loud sometimes, but that’s just part of the job. We talk to a lot of builders and fabricators who come through Borivali looking for supplies. We don't use any fancy sales talk or try to act like we are bigger than we are. If a customer needs a specific type of steel, we look through what we have in the back. If we don’t have it, we just tell them straight. Simple as that. The traffic on Chandavarkar Road can be a real nightmare during the evenings, so we usually try to get our loading and unloading done early in the morning. It’s a local operation, and we know many of the other shop owners around here. We just focus on getting the orders right and keeping the stacks tidy so nobody trips over anything. It is hard work but we are used to it and just keep moving.
