We are over at Shop Number 4 in Kela Market. If you know where Cafe Imran Hotel is on Byculla Station Road, we’re right near there, just opposite the Kasam Manzil Compound. It’s a busy spot, especially when the trains come in and everyone is rushing around trying to get somewhere. Our shop is small and usually packed with whatever we’re handling that week. We open up pretty early to get a head start before the heat gets too bad in the afternoon. The market has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of it over the years. We don't have much in the way of decoration here. There are some old shelves and a desk that’s seen better days. Usually, one of us is sitting near the front while the others are moving boxes around in the back. It’s a bit cramped when we get a big delivery, but we manage to make space. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall next door and watch the traffic go by. The noise from the station road is constant, so you get used to shouting a bit to be heard. We’ve got a lot of regulars who stop by just to see what’s new or to pick up an order they placed. It’s just a straightforward business in a busy part of town. No fluff, just us working in the market every single day.
