Express Tools Corporation

We are located at 96 Nagdevi Street. If you know Mumbai, you know how packed this street gets every day. Our shop is one of many in the row, but we have our own way of doing things. We sell all kinds of tools, from basic wrenches to more specialized equipment for contractors. The shop is narrow and the shelves go all the way up to the ceiling. We have to use a tall ladder nearly every hour to reach something for a customer. It is crowded and sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several people are asking for different things at once. We’ve been on Nagdevi Street for years now. It’s a place where you hear the sounds of carts being pushed and people shouting orders all day long. We don't have a big fancy sign or a modern interior. The wooden counters are worn down from many years of use. We know our stock well, though. Even if a tool is buried under five other boxes, we can usually find it pretty fast. It's a bit of a maze inside. We deal with a lot of walk-in customers and people from the nearby markets. There isn't much room to move around, but that is just the nature of being in this part of town. We keep it simple—customers ask for a tool, we find it, and they go on their way. We don't do much talking unless it's about the tools themselves. It is a busy, honest life on a very famous and crowded street.
